ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

 

The North Aegean Region organization is committed to making its website visit. lesvos.gr accessible, in accordance with national legislation: Law 4591/2019 (Government Gazette 19/A/12-02-2019), as in force.

The method used for the preparation of the statement is a self-evaluation performed by North Aegean Region.

Description of the feedback mechanism

In accordance with the provisions of subsection b, paragraph 4, article 7 of Law 4591/2019 (Government Gazette 19/A/12-02-2019), this Accessibility Statement includes a mechanism for updating and submitting comments, through which every interested party has the opportunity to submit comments on any accessibility issues that are identified on websites and mobile applications.

The feedback mechanism works as follows:

a) If the comments concern websites (or applications for mobile devices) registered in the “Register of Public Websites and Applications” (MI.D.IS.EF.), then the interested parties may submit their request in the standardized electronic form. The authorized employee of the Public Sector organization is the recipient of the request and is responsible for responding within thirty (30) days. The request is also forwarded to the person in charge of the website maintenance and the Department of Accessibility and Social Affairs of the Directorate of Digital Strategy (General Directorate of Digital Governance – Ministry of Digital Governance). The reply is also forwarded to the Department of Accessibility and Social Affairs of the Directorate of Digital Strategy (General Directorate of Digital Governance – Ministry of Digital Governance).

b) If the comments concern websites (or applications for mobile devices) not registered in the “Register of Public Websites and Applications” (MI.D.IS.EF.), then the interested parties may send their message to the e-mail address: mhdisef@mindigital.gov.gr
